We love this recipe. My kids love to have it with yogurt and I also add Laura’s sourdough granola to it, it makes the best fast breakfast.

This is a recipe that I definitely use as a guide and then just eyeball it. I just made a batch with a 4 pound bag of frozen strawberries from Costco and then I just put in maple syrup till it tasted as sweet as I wanted it and guessed on the amount of Chia seedsone until it was as thick as I wanted. I also like to add a little bit of lemon juice.
