We have tried a couple different kid phone companies and this is by far our favorite! You can keep it as simple as talk and text, but there is also a whole list of apps that you can allow. You can monitor every text and approve every phone number. This is very much a grow-with-you type of phone and you can add things as your child grows and matures and can learn responsibility. There are almost 200 apps you can choose from. For older kids, they can have their banking app (we use Greenlight), or Deputy (for jobs!), game changer and google sheets. It also has Skyward (for school) and Kindle and Libby apps. We have been 100% happy with our Troomi phones.
