Chia Jam
Take your chia seed addiction to new heights with this Chia Jam recipe. Made with basic ingredients, it's the most delicious jam ever!
- 2 cups fruit fresh or frozen
- 1 tbsp sweetener
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Heat the fruit in the pan until it cooks down, this only takes a couple of minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of sweetener. Stir that in.
Mash the fruit with a fork until it’s a consistency you like.
Take it off the heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds.
Spoon into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
