Single Serving Protein Pancake
These single serving protein pancakes are delicious, filling and easy to make! They are also gluten free and dairy free.

Ingredients
1/4
cup
cooked sweet potato (or pumpkin puree)
1
egg
1/2
teaspoon
baking powder
1
scoop
protein powder
1/8
cup
milk
dash
salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cook over medium-low heat and enjoy!
Notes
Butternut squash also works well. Mashed banana may work but I have not tried that variation.
