Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding

Chocolate Avocado Protein Pudding is a creamy and delicious, made from ripe avocados, cacao powder, protein powder and vanilla extract.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium, ripe avocados
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) to thin
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Peel and pit the avocados. Add everything but the milk to a blender or food processor. Blend while adding the milk to your desired consistency. Serve immediately or keep cold in the refrigerator until serving.

Notes

This recipe is incredibly versitile. Sometimes I like to skip the sweetener and add a mashed banana to the mixture. It's the perfect way to use and almost-too-ripe banana.
Topping or add-ins are also fun! Serve with yogurt, chia pudding, hemp hearts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, granola, nuts, berries, and more!
